Five more state medical and health officers have been tested positive for swine flu after their boss and principal secretary (health) Ravi Saxena was declared positive, on Wednesday.
The H1N1 virus has the state health department in its grip, with over half a dozen senior health officials, including the state nodal officer for swine flu being quarantined in their homes.

AHMEDABAD: For people who get panicky at the thought of getting swine flu and not knowing it till it may get too late, there is some good news. The state government has decided to give approval to at least three private laboratories in the state, which will be qualified and equipped to test samples for H1N1 virus.
