State Govt allots office to CBI

After getting a rap from Gujarat High Court for not providing office to the CBI team probing Sadiq Jamal encounter case, the state government allotted office to the agency in Patnagar Yojana Bhavan, Sector 16 block A Gandhinagar on Tuesday. 

Sources said state home department had earlier issued instructions to the general administration department (GAD) to co-ordinate with road and building (R&B) department for identifying the building which was to be given to the agency. However the allotment was delayed as the official concerned could not convey the communication to R&B department.
