Ticketless travel still a dream, AJL issues notice to Kaizen

The BRTS is looking for a new firm that can realise its plan to enable ticketless travel. The BRTS had planned to introduce prepaid smart cards that would allow commuters to travel on buses without worry about chhutta. A seven-year contract had been awarded to Kaizen Engineering Pvt Limited in 2009.....
